A driver was injured when his tanker transporting kerosene for the Army from Una to Leh lost control and rolled around 100 metres down the slope near the Pandoh Dam in Mandi district today. The driver, Gurjeet Singh, son of Jodh Singh from Dagyana village in Jammu, sustained minor injuries in the accident.

Emergency services promptly responded and injured driver was taken to the Zonal Hospital in Mandi for primary treatment. Fortunately, his injuries are reported to be not serious. The police are conducting an investigation into the incident to assess the cause of this incident. A case has been registered in this matter.
