The Ministry of Home Affairs has sanctioned 76 posts for the induction of a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Security Wing at the National Intelligence Grid (NATGRID) facility in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

According to official sources, the newly raised unit will function under the aegis of the Inspector General (Department of Atomic Energy and Department of Space) Headquarters, New Delhi.

NATGRID is a critical national security platform that aggregates data from multiple intelligence and law enforcement databases to support counter-terrorism and security operations.

With this induction, NATGRID joins the growing list of sensitive and strategically important establishments placed under dedicated CISF security cover.
