Indian Embassy in Israel advises Indian nationals to avoid unnecessary travel

In light of the current security situation in the region, the Embassy stressed that all Indian nationals in Israel should exercise extreme caution and remain constantly vigilant.

The Indian Embassy in Israel issued an advisory on Saturday, urging Indian nationals residing in the country to refrain from non-essential travel and to stay near designated safe shelters.

This advisory follows reports of the US and Israel bombing several locations in Iran, including the residences of President and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei.

In light of the current security situation in the region, the Embassy stressed that all Indian nationals in Israel should exercise extreme caution and remain constantly vigilant.

Indian citizens are strongly urged to meticulously follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Israeli authorities and the Home Front Command.

The Embassy further advised all Indian nationals to stay in close proximity to designated shelters and to become familiar with the nearest protected areas in their vicinity, whether at home or work. Additionally, Indian nationals have been advised to avoid all non-essential and unnecessary travel within Israel until further notice.
