The programme comprises four modules that covers important spheres of conducting the examination, including the role of exam functionaries in maintaining fairness, transparency and integrity. One of the modules covers security arrangements and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Another module addresses exam-day operations and the last one provides a Quick Reference Guide, offering a concise recap of key instructions and responsibilities.

Hosted on the iGOT Karmayogi Bharat platform, the course enables standardised, self-paced learning and assessment-based certification for examination personnel across the country. The initiative aims to enhance procedural compliance, operational efficiency and accountability at exam centres. “Well-trained examination personnel are critical to the smooth and fair conduct of large-scale national examinations,” the agency said.
