PM Modi to lay out India’s AI vision at Impact summit today
Modi has already called for global AI standards and said technology could serve but not replace humanity
Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed world leaders at Bharat Mandapam today and posed with then for a ‘family photo’ as the India AI Impact Summit entered the final stages.
The PM arrived at the venue to participate in the opening ceremony.
He will today address the summit and lay down the roadmap for the India AI future vision.
Modi has already called for global AI standards and said technology could serve but not replace humanity.
He will present the Indian AI landscape potential to the world as he pitches it as a world leader in the fast emerging sector.
The PM has already said AI won’t cut into jobs, it will change the nature of jobs.
Among world leaders at the event are Brazil president Luiz Lula da Silva, Crown prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Bhutan PM Tshering Tobgay Sri Lanka president Anura Kumara Dissanayake, Spanish President Pedro Sanchez, Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis and leaders of Finland, Serbia, Croatia, Estonia, Kazakhstan and Bhutan.
