The 39-second clip, filmed inside what appears to be a factory or industry-style setting, shows Kamath and Musk seated across a table, casually sipping coffee and sharing a laugh. The black-and-white teaser on social media had a simple yet provocative caption: “Caption this”, and a tag directed at Musk.

Viewers were quick to react. Within hours, the video racked up millions of views and thousands of comments. While many celebrated the prospect of a high-voltage talk between two major personalities, some even speculated the clip might be a work of artificial intelligence.

The “WTF is” podcast, hosted by Kamath, has built a reputation for attracting global and Indian luminaries. Previous guests include Microsoft founder Bill Gates, biotech leader Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor and industrialist Kumar Birla.

With Musk apparently on board, the upcoming episode – if genuine – may become one of the most anticipated global podcast drops of 2025.
