National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday carried out searches at the house of a retired government employee here in connection with a terrorism case registered in 2024.

The searches were conducted at the residence of Nazir Ahmad Bhat in the Mehjoor Nagar area of the city, officials said.

Further details were awaited as the search operation was still going on.
