Speaking to reporters in the Valley, Abdullah said there is no longer any question of war.

“Operation Sindoor has paid its dividends. I think there is no more question of wars. Wars don't bring solutions. They bring troubles. Look at the condition of Ukraine. Look at the destruction of that country. Look at West Asia. Look at the gas situation here,” he said.

To another question about the Gulf situation, Abdullah said the world is not prepared for another conflict.

“Don't panic, the world isn't ready for war. Economic condition of every country is already bad, and no country wants war. West Asia has most of the oil and gas, and if pressure continues, then the situation in the world will be so bad that it will be difficult to survive," he added.

Commenting on recent blasts in Punjab, he said, “There are always blasts in India. It's nothing new. Don't worry.”

Responding to criticism from the opposition, Abdullah said it was part of their role.

“That's their job. If they don't do their job, how will they live? They have to live. They can lie and do whatever they want. Our party is functioning as it should. And we are not backing down,” he said.
