Phagwara, February 22
The Shiv Sena Hindustan on Friday demanded from the Punjab Government to cancel the cases registered against their party activists in Phagwara for showing black flags to the Delhi-Lahore bus coming from Pakistan on Wednesday. They were showing flags to protest the Pulwama terrorist attack.
A delegation of the party led by its state president Krishan Sharma on Friday met Phagwara SP Mandeep Singh and urged him to cancel the cases against activists.
Party leaders said they would stage protests all over the state if the Congress government didn't take back cases registered against their activists. — OC
