61 more test Covid positive in Jalandhar district

61 more test Covid positive in Jalandhar district

Jalandhar, August 6

As many as 61 were today tested positive for Covid in Jalandhar district, taking the total number of cases to 80,130. However, 77,771 people have recovered in the district, while the number of active cases is 411. As no fatality has been reported, the death toll remains at 1,948.

Meanwhile, Kapurthala district reported eight new cases of coronavirus. With this, the caseload reached 24,226 today. Meanwhile, no new death was reported in Kapurthala today. The death toll remains at 594.
