BSF personnel learn the ‘art of living’

Jalandhar, March 3

A six-day workshop on ‘Art of Living’ got underway on Wednesday for the Border Security Force personnel deployed at the Frontier Headquarters here.

The resource persons from the Charitable Trust of Human Development Centre, Bengaluru, are training the attendees here. Through various modules, the jawans and officials are being trained to keep themselves physically fit and maintain good mental health. They are being trained on keeping cool and staying alert even in the stressful and tough times. As the programme will continue till March 8, the personnel will also get training in yoga, said senior PRO, BSF.
