In her complaint to the police, the victim’s mother, Lachhmi Devi, stated that her son had a dispute about a month ago with Chetan, his father Kishan Dev, Gaurav Khosla, and councillor Ladi, following which a case was registered based on Sushil’s complaint. She alleged that the accused were constantly pressurising and mentally torturing her son to reach a settlement in the said case. Overwhelmed by the persistent harassment, Sushil ended life by hanging himself at his residence. The police have named all four accused in the FIR and initiated a thorough investigation into the matter.
