Deputy DEO inspects school in Hoshiarpur

Hoshiarpur, August 30

Deputy District Education Officer Sukhwinder Singh made a surprise visit to Government Elementary Smart School at Nasrala here on Friday. The purpose of the visit was to review the progress of various processes and programmes underway to improve the level of education.

Sukhwinder Singh, on reaching the school, first of all evaluated the preparation of practice worksheets under CEP (continuous evaluation program). The quality of the questions of the practice worksheets prepared for the students and their content was thoroughly checked.

The Sub-District Education Officer also observed the final examination being conducted under Mission Samarth. Sukhwinder Singh expressed satisfaction that this government primary school of Nasrala was doing a good job to keep the level of education high. He appreciated cleanliness, discipline of the students and teachers’ dedication. Sukhwinder Singh discussed various academic and non-academic issues.

He encouraged the teachers to continue their efforts to improve the quality of education. Deputy DEO assured that the Education Department will provide all possible help
