The Punjab Congress on Tuesday alleged that bogus votes were made in Gardiwal and Tanda civic bodies in Hoshiarpur. District Congress president Daljit Singh Gilzian said over 40 bogus votes allegedly made by the ruling party have been detected. “Upon being brought to the notice of the Election Commission, these have been deleted”, he said.
