Five persons were injured after a car fell into a rivulet after a private bus hit the vehicle from the rear. The accident occurred near Ada Gera on the Hajipur-Talwara road this evening.
Manjinder Singh of Nikkuchakk village, Manjeet Singh Cheema of Usman Shaheed village, Gurbaksh Singh of Harsa Mansar village, Jasvir Singh of Madinpur and Gurwatan Singh of Paveena village were admitted to a government hospital in Hajipur. Passers-by said the accident occurred due to the negligence of the bus driver who fled the spot. — OC
