Jalandhar: State Public School celebrated 72nd Independence Day with patriotic fervour. Several activities took place on the campus. President of the school Narotam Singh and vice-president Dr Gagandeep Kaur hoisted the National Flag. The National Anthem also echoed on the campus. After the National Anthem, there was a house-wise march past. Students marched in the contingents to the beats of drum. The school choir set the pitch for the programme with patriotic songs. The mime presented by students paid homage to the freedom fighters and the Bhangra performance added charm to the festivities. tns

Jalandhar: Sanskriti KMV School organised an event under the campaign National Mission of Skill India. Rachna Monga Principal, leading the campaign of equipping the school’s support team with the technological literacy and enabling them to use the digital resources, organised a special learning camp under the digital skill literacy week. Chander Mohan, president, Arya Shiksha Mandal, and Atima Sharma Dwivedi, manager, Sanskriti KMV School, appreciated the school’s contribution in Skill India Mission. TNS
