The complainant, presently residing in the United States, alleged that the accused befriended him and gained his trust. It is claimed that the accused misrepresented facts and fraudulently sold agricultural land situated in village Hamira to another party without the complainant’s consent. The complainant further alleged that he neither received payment for the land nor was informed about the transaction. He also stated that the accused extracted money from him on various pretexts, including performing religious rituals and claiming that his “difficult time” required such expenditures.
