Meditation tips for drug addicts

PHAGWARA: Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Phagwara Bakhtawar Singh gave tips of meditation to drugs addicts in “Drugs De-addiction Centre” at Phagwara on Thursday.

Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Phagwara Bakhtawar Singh gave tips of meditation to drugs addicts in “Drugs De-addiction Centre” at Phagwara on Thursday. He himself demonstrated meditation and yoga exercises.

MC Commissioner also inspired the youths to adopt mediation to remain healthy. Health inspector Kanwaljit Singh was also present on the occasion.
