Mobile camps for vaccination

Jalandhar: The district administration on Monday asked councillors and sarpanches that if their wards or villages don’t have the facility for vaccination or there’s no government dispensary, then they can send the request for a mobile vaccination camp on [email protected]. For this, the number of persons above the age of 45 should be more than 100. The administration said the facility will be made available at respective wards and villages, once the required number of beneficiaries are listed at a particular place. TNS

Mega Job fair from April 22

Nawanshahr: A ‘Rozgar mela’ will be held from April 22 to April 30 in the district. While giving information, Employment Generation Officer Rupinder Kaur said applicants can apply on www.pgrkam.com till April 18. The interested youths can also call on contact number 88727-59915 if they have any query regarding the process. Notably, various camps were held earlier as well, but nine day job fair has come as a great opportunity for unemployed youths during the pandemic. OC
