According to information shared at the launch, the film presents a fictional conversation between a young girl and her father, portrayed as an Army officer. Through their dialogue about the colour red, the narrative contrasts its festive symbolism with its association with sacrifice and service in the armed forces. The film seeks to draw attention to the contributions of military personnel and the impact of their service on their families.

Speaking at the release, Dr Mittal, Chancellor, LPU, appealed to citizens to offer a symbolic handful of red gulaal in memory of martyrs. He stated that while festivals are moments of joy for many families, they can also be occasions of remembrance for those who have lost loved ones in service to the nation. He urged people to observe Holi with gratitude toward members of the armed forces.
