This assurance has brought relief to colony residents. Kohli stated that the government stood firmly with the poor, labourers, and the middle class. The party’s clear message was that no injustice would be done against any citizen, and the government was working with sensitivity on issues related to public interest.

He further said the problems of the colony residents had been strongly presented before the government, and concrete steps would also be taken in the coming days towards a permanent solution. At the end, Kohli appealed to all residents of Ambedkar Nagar not to pay attention to rumours and to contact public representatives directly for any issue.
