Now, Hoshiarpur landowners can apply for mining

Hoshiarpur, July 28

The Mining Department is preparing a district survey report with regard to the bidding for sand and gravel mining from agricultural fields.

The District Mining officer said, “The process for survey is on and advisors of Rian Enviro Private Limited are conducting the survey as per the Supreme Court guidelines. All those farmer who wish to have sand and gravel mined out of their agricultural fields should apply for it at the earliest to include in the district survey report.”

He said the applications for the same should we filed with the office of the District Mining Officer, Hoshiarpur, and the Sub-Divisional M agistrate offices in Hoshiarpur, Garhshankar, Dasuya and Mukerian along with the revenue records.
