Order on Surveen, husband’s bail on May 21

HOSHIARPUR: Actress Surveen Chawla, and her producer husband Akshey Thakkar have filed their anticipatory bail application in FIR no 67/2018 registered against them at police station City Hoshiarpur, on the complaint of local resident Satya pal Gupta.

Actress Surveen Chawla, and her producer husband Akshey Thakkar have filed their anticipatory bail application in FIR no 67/2018 registered against them at police station City Hoshiarpur, on the complaint of local resident Satya pal Gupta.

The said bail applications were filed by them through advocate Kanwalvir Singh Kang of Punjab and Haryana High courts.

The bail applications were fixed on Thursday in the court of Sh SK Arora, Sessions Judge Hoshiarpur. Alongwith District Attorney S Jagir Singh, Advocate Naveen Jairth appeared for the complainant Satya Pal Gupta.

The Court after hearing both the parties through their respected counsels didn’t give any immediate interim relief to Surveen Chawla and her husband Akshey regarding the stay of their arrest. The court of the Sessions Judge reserved its order for May 21 on both the applications.
