Jalandhar, April 23
SAD MLA Pawan Kumar Tinu today filed a complaint against Bhogpur block development programme officer Ram Lubhaya for violating the model code of conduct. In his complaint, he alleged that the official was forcing panchayat members to campaign for Congress representatives and cast their votes in favour of Congress candidates only. He said Lubhaya has been residing in Bhogpur for the 25 years and currently serving on the post. — TNS
