Sakshi tops CA exam in Jalandhar
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on Monday declared the results of chartered accountants. The Jalandhar Branch of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the ICAI saw a total of 12 students becoming chartered accountants.
Sakshi Bang got the first rank, followed by Khushdeep Wadhwa second and Archita Jain got third position. Others who cleared the examination included Nikhil Arora, Nikita, Sayyam Taneja, Abhishek Gupta, Gourav Chadha, Vandana, Radhika, Raghunandan and Chandan Dhaliwal.
Sakshi had done articleship from the KPMG in Mumbai. She said she had cleared the exam in her first attempt, scoring 349 out of 600 marks. Khushdeep too has cleared her exam in the first attempt. She got 340 marks. Like Sakshi and Khushdeep, Archita too has cleared CA in her first attempt. She did articleship from Grant Thornton. All three girls have credited their parents and teachers for their success.
