Phagwara: Goyal Traders, a karyana shop, was reportedly burgled in Baba Gadhia locality here on Wednesday night. The burglars entered the shop after breaking the locks and decamped with goods and Rs 30,000.The burglars made an unsuccessful attempt to burgle another nearby shop, the police said. The police have registered a case under Sections 457 and 380 of the IPC. Jatinderjit Singh, SHO city, said the police were scanning the CCTV footage.—OC
