Phagwara, October 19
Two members of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) Arunpal Singh Inspector General (IG) (Crime) and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kapurthala Satinder Singh probing the Behabalkalan incident today arrived at Phagwara today and examined 26 police officials who were questioned in connection with the firing incident. The IG and the SSP also interacted with different cops.
SIT members met here owing to the scheduled visit of Vice-President V Naidu in LPU on October 22. — OC
