Three held with illicit liquor



Lauding the exemplary work done by frontline health workers, Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori said that the health workers have been fighting the pandemic at the forefront bravely and ensuring relief and treatment to the patients since March 2020. He said of the 136 frontline health workers receiving first dose of Covid vaccine, 41 were vaccinated at the Civil Hospital, 36 at the CHC Basti Guzan and 59 at the Nakodar hospital. He urged people to not to fall prey to rumours regarding vaccination as this vaccine is safe and efficacious.
