In his complaint, Anurag alleged that Harshdeep had been repeatedly filing false and fabricated complaints against him and his scribe friend, Amit Ohri, with the intention of putting pressure on them and extorting money.

He further alleged that the accused have been continuously harassing them by misusing legal channels, lodging fake applications and threatening to implicate him in false cases.

The complainant claimed that the woman had also been using abusive and obscene language, while issuing threats to damage his reputation and dignity in society.
