Youth falls off bike, dies

Vinod Kumar (23) of Panam village here, died after after fallling off his motorcycle in an alleged inebriated state.

It was reported to the police on Wednesday morning that the body of an unidentified youth was lying in front of Radha Swami Satsang Bhawan, near Bagwai village. After reaching the spot, the police identified him as Vinod Kumar, son of Kunwar Sen. Probe revealed that the deceased had consumed liquor with one of his companions on Tuesday night.

His partner went to his house while Vinod while going to his house fell off his bike on the roadside. His bike fell over him and he could not get up and was lying there for the entire night. In the morning, he was found dead. The police have recorded the proceedings under Section 174, Cr.PC. — OC
