2,000 take part in Army job rally

SRINAGAR: A recruitment rally was held in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district to induct the youth of J&K into the Army.



Srinagar, October 18 

A recruitment rally was held in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district to induct the youth of J&K into the Army.  The rally was organised by the 161 Infantry Battalion Territorial Army (H&H), Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry, under the aegis of the Chinar Corps, in Ganthmulla, Baramulla.

Around 2,000 aspirants from Baramulla turned up for enrolment as soldier (general duty), tradesmen and clerk, the Army said on Friday. “Selected individuals who clear the physical screening will be put through medical examination and a common entrance examination. — TNS
