Innovations come to fore

To encourage start-up ideas in the Valley, a TechStars Startup Weekend was organised at ThinkPod in Srinagar, where a number of teams with their innovative ideas took part.

In the three-day event, the participants discussed key points that would shape the future of startup innovation and entrepreneurship in Kashmir, the organisers said. “It was a great opportunity to test startup ideas, meet potential co-founders, build the community in Kashmir and launch the next best start-up,” said Tabish Habib, one of the organisers of the event. — TNS
