Jammu, August 13

Jammu’s first nail art studio opened by Shivani Arora is a hit among women in the city.

The 27-year-old completed her nail art designing course successfully from NailsPro Academy, Bangkok, Thailand, in 2013. She has now opened Nail Galaxy at Gandhinagar in Jammu.

“I was always into experimenting, particularly with beauty products. I thought about shaping nails and for that I went to Thailand for a course. Now, I have good clientele at Nail Galaxy,” says Shivani.

An expert in engraving art designs on nails through paint and other material, Shivani is also training some girls under her guidance.

She offers a wide range of nail services, such as extensions, permanent nail art, stamping and gel polishes.

“The concept of nail extension is usually misunderstood as people generally think that these stay for five-six weeks, which is not true. Once the nail extension is done, it require timely refill,” says the artist.
