The Ministry of Higher Education and Science, Denmark is providing Indian students with an opportunity to pursue higher education in engineering at The University of Southern Denmark (SDU) with scholarships to cover academic and monthly expenses.



The Ministry of Higher Education and Science, Denmark is providing Indian students with an opportunity to pursue higher education in engineering at The University of Southern Denmark (SDU) with scholarships to cover academic and monthly expenses. 

Eligibility: Indian students applying for MSc in Engineering programmes in Sonderborg for Mechatronics, Innovation and Business Electronics specialisation may apply for this scholarship.

Details: Selected scholars will be provided with full tuition fee waiver and a monthly grant of DKK 3,000 (before taxes) to cover living expenses.

Ujjwal Bhavishya Scholarship 

V-Mart is inviting scholarship applications from meritorious students of Class X, belonging to economically disadvantaged families.

Eligibility: Indian students between the age group of 14-16 years (as on May 31, 2019) who have passed Class X with more than 75 per cent marks in 2019 and have a total family income less than Rs 2 lakh per annum may apply for this scholarship.

Details: Selected scholars will be awarded with Rs 10,000 each to continue their education. Few selected scholars may get up to Rs 20,000 scholarship as well.

DRDO scholarship 

DRDO, Ministry of Defence and Government of India are providing girls/women students financial assistance for encouraging them towards continuing their higher education in the field of science and technology. Meritorious girls students can get scholarships covering annual academic expenses by applying for this scholarship.

Eligibility: Indian girl/women students pursuing UG/PG courses (BE/BTech/BSc Engg. or ME/MTech/MSc Engg.) may apply for this scholarship. UG applicants need to have a valid JEE (Mains) score, while PG applicants must have scored minimum 6.75 CGPA/CPI in graduation and must have a valid GATE score.

Details: 20 selected UG scholars would receive Rs 1.2 lakh per annum or academic fees for maximum four years while , 10 selected PG scholars would receive Rs 1.86 lakh per annum or academic fees whichever is lower for the duration of 2 years.
