Designed by an approach ‘learn and apply’ featuring Stanford’s world-renowned tenured faculty, the portfolio of on-demand course offerings includes:

Discover the paths of power: Learn how to diagnose and react to organizational dynamics, build power, and increase your influence to amplify your impact.

Disrupt your business: Learn to identify the difference between disruption and an incremental change or a fad. Gain the tools to drive disruption and defend your space.

Leverage diversity and inclusion for organisational excellence: Inclusion stimulates productivity and growth. Learn to recognise and remove barriers to design a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace.

Sharpen your communication skills: Communication is key to compelling leadership. Learn effective communication practices that elevates your impact.

Learners can select and register for the on-demand course that speaks to their learning goals, also launch their journey with same-day access to the courses with a total commitment of 8 to 10 hours, inclusive of content, coursework, and activities. Participants will have 60 days to complete the course and can engage at their own pace and convenience. Participants will receive personalised written feedback on select assignments to support their understanding and application of frameworks.

After the successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion to post on their LinkedIn profile pages and can download for their records.

Stanford GSB’s on-demand online courses are among several new or redesigned offerings in Executive Education. For the first time this summer, the school launched the Stanford Business Leadership Series, which is an online subscription that includes exclusive access to live content taught by over 30 Stanford GSB faculty members.

The second series launched earlier this month, with new modules: Leading in the COVID-19 Era: Newest Lessons Learned, Leading Diversity and Inclusion, Leading Strategy from Development to Execution, Leading Transformation: 5 Megatrends Every Leader Needs to Know, and Leading with Purpose.
