Getting in 

You do not require to have science to join this programme. All students who have completed Class XII with mathematics and a minimum of 60% marks are eligible to apply.

The selection process consists of an Online test followed by an interview and relevant counseling. 

The fee for this program is INR 2 Lakh + applicable taxes. Financial assistance/ bank loan  arrangements are also provided. You can get a 100% program fee waiver if you score 90% and above in your training and 50% fee waiver if you score between 85-90%.

The  programme also provides useful work experience in the software industry to learn and develop skills.

Highlights of The programme  

• Nine months classroom training which lays strong emphasis on practical exercises, continuous assessments and assignments 
• Plus three months of On-The-Job training or Professional Practice Term. 
• You will learn the fundamentals of Information technology, relevant software tools, processes and life skills 
• You will have access to the Learning Management System that will help with peer-based discussions, online assessments, assignments and case-based submissions.
• During training, you will get a stipend of INR 10,000 per month
• On completion of the Tech Bee programme  you will be employed in a job with HCL where you will work on various projects from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday you will be taking classes for pursuing graduation from BITS Pilani or Shastra University. This could be B.Sc (Design & Computing) or M.Sc./ M. Tech from BITS Pilani or BCA / MCA from SASTRA University. Classes will be held in the HCL campuses, and the fees for the graduation programme which will be borne by HCL. 
• At HCL technologies students will get to work in prestigious projects in areas of Application and Infrastructure Support, Testing and CAD Support.
• You will also earn a starting salary of Rs 2.2 lakh per annum (in Noida, Chennai and Bengaluru) and Rs 2 lakh per annum (in Lucknow, Nagpur and Madurai)
• The training for the programme is currently available at Noida, Lucknow, Nagpur, Chennai, Bengaluru and Madurai.
• On completion of your graduation you will be absorbed as a full time employee of HCL Technologies.
