A trip they can never forget

Gurnaaz Kaur

Tanmeet is a teacher and Anuj is an associate director with an MNC. Theirs is a love marriage, somewhat like the ones we see in movies. Met in college, fell in love, took a stand and lived happily ever after. With an eight-year-old daughter Saanvi, life has only gotten better.

Love story begins

Tanu: We met for the first time in SD College, Chandigarh, while we were doing our Master’s. Though we entered into a committed relationship much later.

Anuj: When we went on a college trip to Manali. It was there that we clicked with each other. But we remained just friends for almost three years after that.

Let’s tie the knot

Tanu: Committed relationship for us meant marriage and by God’s grace this year we are completing our 10 years.

Anuj:It was not a sudden decision. Somewhere during our course of friendship we realised that we can stay together forever.

Living together and loving it

Tanu:We eat, love, pray and fight together and that’s what makes our life perfect.

Anuj: We have our share of fights, but majorly we are bonded with each other.

And life changed

Tanu:We are a very happily married couple as I am happy and he is married… Ha ha ha.

Anuj: My receding hairline tells the story.

Two to tango

Tanu: We both love to travel together.

Anuj: Definitely travel. Another thing would be watching movies and series together.

If I could change

Tanu: I feel change is the only constant. As it is both of us have changed so much with time, though for good. So no more changes, please.

Anuj: Nothing (rulayegi kya pagli!)

Couple goals

Tanu: To me, couple goals mean being happy and content in your relationship.

Anuj: Continue to love each other as who we are.

Gets annoying

Tanu: When he is on his phone.

Anuj: Her OCD with cleanliness of the house.

Free time means

Anuj and Tanu: We love spending time with our daughter and watching movies.

The wow factor

Tanu: He is a very caring and affectionate person, and he plays all his roles as a son, husband and father with utmost love and sincerity.

Anuj: She is a strong pillar

of the house and ensures that everything functions properly.
