Aditi Rao Hydari will soon be awarded the Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Award as Best Leading Lady — Critics Award for Bhoomi. The gorgeous and talented actress is also one of the few stars who seamlessly balance both commercial cinema and content-driven films. Sure-footed and on the rise, Aditi has been garnering huge amount of praise for Bhoomi by critics, trade, audiences and the film fraternity alike.

“We take immense pleasure to inform you that you have been finalised for the Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Award 2018 for the Best Leading lady (Critics Award) for the film Bhoomi,” the Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Award committee wrote to Aditi. The award ceremony is scheduled for April 21 in Mumbai.
