Arjun Rampal, who was last seen in JP Dutta’s Paltan, has found himself in a legal hassle which could even lead to his imprisonment. The actor reportedly took loan from a company named YT Entertainment Limited with the notice of repayment within 90 days. However, Arjun has failed to pay the amount of Rs. 1 crore with 12 % interest per annum which he took on 9th of May 2018. Accordingly, the company has slammed him with a criminal charge for the non-payment of dues.

A source reveals, “The company is also into funding films and Rampal was given the loan at a rate lower than what most people are usually given. But the post-dated cheque was dishonoured and now they have filed a criminal complaint under the Negotiable Instruments Act.”
