Celebrating its sixth anniversary in the Indian market, Tata Starbucks has arrived in the City Beautiful. This is its first non-metro city entry and its second city launch this year. 

India continues to be one of the fastest growing markets of Starbucks and Chandigarh is the eighth city to have the coffee chain in India. The first Starbucks store in the city at Elante Mall will welcome its customers on October 19.

Sumitro Ghosh, chief executive officer, Tata Starbucks said, “We are honoured to celebrate our sixth anniversary by extending our Starbucks ‘Third Place Experience’ to our customers in Chandigarh. With two city launches this year, we are excited to expand our footprint in India and continue to delight our customers with the unique Starbucks Experience built on three core fundamentals - our partners (employees), our stores and our coffee.” He added that Starbucks will continue to expand its chain in Chandigarh too. 

The store will offer customers a wide range of Starbucks offerings, including the Starbucks signature espresso-based beverages like Cappuccinos, Americanos, Lattes, and an extensive food menu comprising Indian and international favourites.  The store will serve Starbucks Nitro Cold Brew, the latest in a series of coffee innovations highlighting the barista craft and high-quality coffee. It will also offer all-time favourites such as Cafe Mocha. —TNS
