Gold

Gold is a Indian Hindi-language historical sports drama film directed by Reema Kagti and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the Excel Entertainment banner. After India’s Independence, a drunk, Indian Hockey Team Manager (pre-independence), Tapan Das (Akshay Kumar), holds aspirations of playing hockey as a free country, coaching a novice hockey team to earn India’s first Olympic gold medal at the 1948 Summer Olympics while battling his own personal demons.

Too good!

It’s a really good movie and succeeds in bringing out the patriotic in you. All the actors have acted well.

Very very watchable

I loved the dedication that Tapan Das (played by Akshay Kumar) shows towards making a team. His contribution to the country is worth appreciation. I thoroughly enjoyed the film.

Akshay nails it

The story made me feel proud. Akshay has performed very well. Even his wife has an important role in the story. And most of all, the end is sensational.

Satyameva Jayate

Satyameva Jayate is an Indian vigilante action film directed by Milap Zaveri. There are about 2 lakh policemen in Mumbai, tasked with the safety of this enormous city. When four such police inspectors are burnt alive in a series of merciless killings, the entire police force is rocked with terror. These crimes reflect upon Vir, a bold, calculating and unapologetic vigilante. Fearing the next attack, the Commissioner calls upon DCP Shivansh, their best bet to catch Vir. What follows is a confrontation of epic proportions which takes us through the corrupt underbelly of the Financial Capital. Vir and Shivansh are against the same enemy, but they are divided by a fine line.

A take on corruption

The film is violent but nice. It depicts the reality of our county that corruption is everywhere.

Ritu Garg, Bank employee

Good time pass

I loved the fighting scenes, John Abraham’s body and the villain’s acting in the movie. It’s a one-time watch.

Honey Rajput, Student
