Anytime, anywhere

Shruti Sharma

Deconstructing old recipes and improvising them with a contemporary touch is his hobby. Chef Hari, since childhood, has been passionate about cooking, following which he pursued his career as chef. Since 1996, Chef Hari has been experimenting with Italian cuisine. While all his dishes are on the top of restaurant menu, what is that this chef loves to eat?

Forever favourite

Since Italian food is something I am always surrounded with, so my forever favourite dish also belongs to the same cuisine. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio is one dish I am ready to eat always.

Food and fond memories

I love Baingan ka Bharta, cooked by my mom. I admire the taste and essence of her cooking.

Sweets notes

Sweets are sheer love. Gazar ka Halwa is my favourite and also Choco Lava Cake is something I like and prepare as well.

Cooking means...

Cooking is an art of putting things together with spices and coming up with a healthy as well as tasty dish. While cooking, one should pour heart full of love into the dish. That adds up sweetness to the food. For me innovating a new dish is the outcome of continuous dedication in the kitchen.
