TV actors Kunal Thakkur and Mrunal Jain’s much-awaited Tennis Premier League was launched by Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and tennis legend Leander Paes amidst much fanfare in Mumbai on Saturday.

TV actors Kunal Thakkur and Mrunal Jain’s much-awaited Tennis Premier League was launched by Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and tennis legend Leander Paes amidst much fanfare in Mumbai on Saturday. Seen in attendance were the who’s who of television and film industry. To kick-start the league, Kunal’s childhood tennis buddy Shashank Khaitan played an exhibition match along with Leander Paes. The league will see six teams competing with each other and eminent and super successful faces from the TV industry will be representing each team. Not just that, director Vishal Bhardwaj will be playing an exhibition match for the league on October 26. Ace tennis player Ankita Raina will also be attending the league.
