They had joy, they had fun

New actor in B-town, Kunal Thakur will be playing Shahid Kapoor’s friend in Kabir Singh. Speaking about the experience, Kunal shares, “Working with Shahid was great fun. We had lots of laughter on the sets. He is a superstar and very humble. Right from the initial introductions, we had a sense of bonding but we broke the ice during our reading sessions. Shahid and I spoke about music and we connect over it as we listen to the similar kind of songs.” He further adds, “Whenever I faced any problem while giving shots, Shahid has always helped me and guided me. For a newcomer, he was really inspiring. Seeing the intensity and how much he has given to Kabir Singh, I felt I should do a role like this, which will have extreme emotions. That will give me a lot of charge. Watching him perform was great.”
