Sonam Kapoor and Anil Kapoor-starrer Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, which released in theatres on February 1, has been doing well.
The latest reports suggest that the film’s screenplay will be included in The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences Library. Reported, the team working for the Academy, more commonly known as the Oscars, has asked the makers of the film for a copy of the screenplay to be added to their permanent Core Collection.
Talking about the same, an excited Sonam said, “It is my first movie with my father and also because it has a strong message that deserves to be delivered. I’m really happy that it was selected to be part of the Oscar library and I’m overwhelmed by the kind of love audiences have showered on the film.”
The said library, which is open to all students, filmmakers and writers as well as those with general interests, boasts of many copies of films. Sonam’s previous movie Sanju as well as producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Broken Horses have made their way to The Academy’s library.
