It’s on paper!

OTT platform Ullu has announced the launch of its new series Paper, which stars Rohit Bose Roy in the lead role. Set in the 90’s, the web series revolves around corruption, crime, governance failure, rule of mafia dons and the rise of a street smart don who leveraged the loopholes in the system to create an empire for himself. The series tracks the journey of a simple fruit vendor whose excellent negotiation skills help him become the biggest scam kingpin of the nation. Standing tall against him with all his forces is ACP Diwan, played by Parag Tyagi, who’s determined to expose and bring him down.

Says Rohit, “I have played roles of a good-looking man or a suave businessman in my career. I wanted to break that image. It is a very well-written and gripping script. I have given it my all and am xcited about this show.”
