Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Kapoor to reunite in Netflix’s new series

Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Kapoor were seen together on silver screen in 1995 film Raja. The actors gave an iconic song Akhiyaan Milaoon Kabhi. After some years, they reunited for the film Mohabbat co-starring Akshaye Khanna. And now, after two decades, Madhuri and Sanjay are set to share the screen space yet again for the forthcoming Netflix original series backed by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic.

Sanjay says, “The show has an interesting premise. The year 2020 has been upsetting, but I have always been a positive person and I am happy to be back on the sets.”

Tentatively titled as Actress, the show is a suspense drama with Madhuri in the titular role. Sanjay was last seen in Voot Select series The Gone Game co-starring Shweta Tripathi, Arjun Mathur and Shriya Pilgaonkar.
