Sardar Udham is a tribute to Vicky Kaushal’s favourite actor Irrfan Khan

Celebrated artiste Irrfan Khan created an impact on many artistes with his talent. Vicky Kaushal, who will be seen on The Kapil Sharma Show along with director Shoojit Sircar on October 10, is also a big fan of the late actor! The director and actor were on the sets to promote their new film Sardar Udham in which Vicky Kaushal plays the titular role, which was once set to be visualised on Irrfan Khan.

In conversation with the guests, Archana Puran Singh talks about how the protagonist is a tough role to play. Vicky adds that he loved the late actor a lot, “Ma’am, actually, main Irrfan saab ko bahut manta hoon. I feel he was one of the finest actors in the world!” The actor adds, “This film is a tribute to Irrfan sir.”
