Sunita Ahuja asks Govinda fans who trolled her to explain themselves after he announces film with Komal Rani

Sunita Ahuja has a question for Govinda's fans — and she is not asking it politely

When paparazzi broke the news to her that Govinda had been spotted with his new co-star Komal Rani Swarnkar for the promotions of their upcoming film Roopa, Sunita reached for a proverb. "Vinash Kaale, Vipreet Buddhi. He has lost his buddhi. This is why he does these things," she said. The significance was not lost on anyone — Sunita had previously named a woman called Komal while speaking about Govinda's alleged affairs.

When told that fans had already started calling him Cheater No 1, a dig at his hit film Hero No 1, she pivoted to the fans who had spent months defending him at her expense. "I want to question all Govinda fans who trolled me when I said he cheated on me. What do they have to tell me now? Don't ask me anything anymore. I am not interested," she said.

Sunita had originally made the affair claims on Lock Upp 2, where she said she stayed through it all out of love. "Chi Chi had so many affairs in his life. I think that after standing by Chi Chi for so many years, I deserve to have a son like him," she said on the show.

Govinda's response to ANI raised more eyebrows than it settled. He spoke warmly about his bond with his leading ladies, saying their tears when asked about him could not be bought or manufactured. He then offered what many read as a thinly veiled admission. "Aap mithai ki dukan mein reh kar aap bhookhe nikle toh kya dukhad hai," he said.

Married since 1987, Govinda and Sunita have two children together — daughter Tina and son Yashvardhan.
