In addition to Jimmy Sheirgill, Your Honor stars Varun Badola, Mita Vashisht, Parul Gulati, Pulkit Makol, Yashpal Sharma, Richa Pallod, among others. Set in Ludhiana, Punjab, the series has been produced by Applause Entertainment and directed by E.Niwas.

Varun Badola, who plays a cop, says, “I like to explore the vulnerabilities of any character according to the society it is placed in. And for me, the culture and society of the original series is entirely different. The inspiration from Kvodo was for the director or writer, but not for the actors.”

On the other hand, Mita Vashisht is upbeat, “I am playing a single mother, who is also a cop. The series has a great script and a passionate team. I believe we grow as a person when we are surrounded by like-minded people and the same has happened to me. I was glad to revisit the region as I have done my post-graduation in literature from Punjab University, Chandigarh. We often visited Ludhiana for youth festivals. To act the part, it was fun to learn Punjabi all over again.” — Sheetal
